The check-in took over an hour as we waited for our room because the rooms weren’t cleaned on time. We had a scheduled event to go to, and we were almost late because the room was not ready. The toilets in the women’s restroom were clogged with toilet paper and would not flush. This hotel could use some upgrades. The buffet breakfast was the best part of the stay.

Great location in downtown area, with short walk to restaurants and Rocket Arena. Hotel and room were clean, personnel were pleasant and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was included and it was nice quality. Overall, very happy with our stay and will be back!

Property was clean. Breakfast bar had been picked over by 8:30 and they took the oatmeal away and did not replace any. When we got to our room the refrigerator had ice cream in the freezer and some food in the fridge that housekeeping clearly did not clean up. Talked to the front desk. They said they would work with the third party to give me a refund on a small amount.
