"The hotel is fantastic, the staff are absolutely wonderful. The pool and beach are really lovely. I had no issues finding a lounger or getting a table in restaurants. Lots of veggie options. The rooms are lovely, I am sure the hotel is a little more dated than some modern ones but it was spotlessly clean and the real highlight is the staff who are so nice. Make sure you tip them well and in Mexican pesos to make it easier for them. They deserve every penny. Everything is included but make sure you bring all you need as the shop is expensive! But you won't need toothpaste or other toiletries it's all provided. I also highly recommend their official transfers Seasons tours who were easy to find and took me right to the hotel door and back with no problems at all. I was a solo female traveller and the resort is friendly and safe. If you go to bed early ask for a room away from the main theatre area, my first room was closer but staff moved me no problem and it was nice and quiet. The main pool is more party vibes, the back pool is much more peaceful. I had a wonderful trip and can't thank the staff enough for their kindness. "
