The staff at this Resort are fantastic! There is always someone to ask you if you need anything else, checking on you, always on top. Very attentive. The room was incredible. The food choices are fantastic on-site with 5 restaurants to choose from within the resort. The beach is a 10 out o10, clear water, glass smooth and white sand. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone looking for an all-inclusive resort in Cancun! Not a single complaint and exceeded my expectations!

Excellent service by the staff. Miguel from playa was very helpfull and generous and polite, helped us throughout our stay, loved the greetings and smile on his face every morning. And greetings and the service by all the staff was very good. Food at the buffet was excellent, even the other restaurant at the property were excellent, only lacked the variety in beer, if that would have been available would have been a 10 out of 10, and most appreciated the view from the ocean front corner room worth appreciation. Thank you for making our first trip to mexico excellent and memorable

the only thing is they have open mic till 11pm which is pretty loud for us stayed at pool view 2nd floor. try to ask if they have front desk for ear plugs, negtive. hard for kids to sleep too.

Ocean view is great from your room and by the beach. They have taken care of the sea weed issue so we were in the beach everyday. Clean waters. Service was great and staff are very friendly. There was a taco stand, BBQ and burgers and hot dog stand by both pools to access during the afternoon. There is a cafe open with pastries and coffee for long hours. It is kid friendly. We are a couple but we loved the quietness at nights.

I’ve stayed here multiple times, but this go around it was not as expected. Food options were very low for breakfast but other than that staff was excellent room service was good and now they charge for cabanas, which is new.
