The staff were amazing and friendly and onsite to answer questions about access. The hotel is about a 30 min walk from the centre that we don’t mind at all but something to be aware of. The room was lovely and spacious and ideal for our trip would highly recommend and book again.

This was a beautiful peaceful part of Edingburgh to stay in, but not too far out of town that you couldn't get in quickly. There is a bus stop nearby which will easily get you to where you want to go, or if like me you don't mind a walk, once you've got your bearings that's easy too. It's also a lovely hotel, small but perfectly formed, and really clean throughout.

I was amazed how clean this place was and also the price was excellent the owner very much hands on and extremely helpful I also witnessed him loading an app on phone for some German tourists to save them a fortune on city transport a colleague had booked in to a major hotel chain and paid £300 for the night and the room was filthy 100%recommend as value for money and how clean it was don’t expect a huge room and breakfast box is basic but at the price plenty money left to eat out

No staff on site but very clear instructions made it easy to access the building and my room. The room was small but had everything I expected and was comfortable. WiFi was good. The one disappointment was the breakfast basket which included an item that needed to be heated but there was no microwave available. Plenty of supplies for hot drinks, however.
