A modern town house on a quiet street neighbouring Holyrood Park which provides glorious views of Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags. Laid out over four floors (climbing stairs is essential) with a double bedroom (shower en-suite) on the ground floor, two double bedrooms (showers en-suite), single bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, sitting room, kitchen and dining room on the second floor and on the top floor a large gallery/sitting room with desk work space. If we could give this property 10 stars we would. Communication with Mike from check-in to check-out was clear and timely. The home is very well appointed with a complete kitchen set up, comfortable beds and plenty of seating areas for relaxing after busy days exploring Edinburgh. The location is perfect for walking the Royal Mile and access to other sites in the city. The views across Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat are the icing on the cake. We highly recommend this property.
