We didn't have a car while we were here as there's no parking without a permit nearby. And it looked like the parking is for a maximum of 4 hours. But, the location is excellent! Very close to the Grass Market, Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. Staff was very nice and helpful. She ordered a taxi for us and it came very quickly.

Great central location.

We could not have picked a better location. Very close to everything we wanted to be at but not right on the busy streets. Great view of the castle out of our room window. Very friendly staff.

Nicely designed apartment complex with great location right next to Edinburgh castle. Rooms a little right once all the luggage gets laid out (we had 2 adults and 2 children in a 1BR apartment). No daily cleaning, although fresh towels and bedlinen are freely available from the reception.

Great location for Edinburgh attractions and nice to have a separate kitchen. Interior of unit on the modern side. No elevator but staff helped lugging bags across courtyard and up (outdoor) stairs. Check in area a bit crowded as it doubled as a restaurant

Great location. Everything's on the app. To order food downstairs in lobby, they have a pantry but nothing but junk food, non locals not able to give directions anywhere, and get your own towels.

The property itself is in a great area, close to old town shops and bars. The view of the castle from our room was really nice. The room was fairly nice, we stayed in a suite. The staff appeared to be a bunch of college kids they were fine, nothing too bad or warm/welcoming about them. Overall hotel was nice. Good amenities and kept up well.

Rooms were nice, with friendly and helpful staff. Our friends booked a more traditional hotel and thought our room was much cuter! The only problem was that our AC didn't work.

Lovely one bed apartment with fabulous view of Edinburgh Castle from the window, nit all apartments will have this view though. Clean, modern with almost everything you need for a self contained holiday. On the downside there were no instructions on how to use the combo microwave oven, although I’m sure if we had asked the staff they would have helped. Also the twin electric socket, twin usb points and light switch were on one side of the bed only. The location was perfect, 15 minutes from Waverley station & everything was within walking distance, with public transport close by for further away venturing.

Overall this was a pretty great place. Loved the convenience of a mini kitchen in my room and the breakfast in the lobby every morning. The location was walking distance to so many sites, museums and restaurants. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Hotel was in great location and easy walk to the castle and Old Town. Room was clean and decent sized.The castle view is a castle view but you have to stain your neck to see it . I would stay again and recommend to friends but won’t pay extra for castle view .

For tourists it was a bit complicated to navigate the stove. Also, the dishwasher was complicated. For tourist there ought to be instructions. We were told we needed to buy extra coffee for the next day. Very unlike hotels that charge as much as you do.
