The check in this time around was much better. Front desk person was more attentive to what was happening around them and gave service with a smile not a bored look. They did put me in a room where the key card did not work and I had to return to the desk to be moved to a different room. Overall, this experience was much better than the last time I booked at this hotel.

The hotel was clean and staff very nice but some of the people staying in the hotel were not very respectful when it came to night time etiquette. Both evenings I was disturbed for quite the time frame as other patrons went about their business obvilious to the time and fact that other people were sleeping. Likely will not stay here again due to this. Could just be the weekend I stayed but will not risk it again sadly. Sleep is needed after all.

The hotel was good I stay here because reasonable prices and usually hospitality is good but when I was checking in the employee told me no partying here. I’m like excuse me I’m here on business and really non of your business what I’m doing in Edmonton. It was a rude comment the employee made. I’ll be taking my business else where.

We love staying here because of the junior suite that has 2 distinct bedrooms. Only 1 complaint- when the bedroom door is closed the outer area does not have access to air conditioning and it gets really hot. I usually bring a small fan with me each time, it helps.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable but the wood frames were “squeeky”. Beds were quite high for a shorter person to climb on to.
