Great little spot in a transitional neighborhood.

It was just as advertised. Nice and new and just like the photos. Really appreciated having the two ensuites. Close to a couple of great little breakfast places. Will definitely look to stay here again if it is available on our next trip. Thank you!

The place has lots of space and is very well kept. There was however no extra towels or blankets to use. The heat was turned off in the house when we arrived so it was 7 degrees… when there are no extra blankets it isn’t very fun having to wear your winter coats inside. I was refunded 50$ for the issue which was great but ensure there are extra linens!

Attending a concert

It was very close to the concert venue. Very clean and well maintained. We had trouble with the door to get in but was resolved very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Work/Play Trip

Our son played for the Edmonton Riverhawks this summer. We wanted to work/play for a week in Edmonton and were looking for somewhere to stay that allowed us to have a home for 10 days to work from remotely and access to daily games in downtown Edmonton. We found the best of both worlds. Small office worked well for remote work and high speed wifi made it easy to connect. Everything we needed was there for day to day living and the unit was very clean and comfortable, seemed pretty new. We had an issue with a breaker that was thrown, messaged the owner and we had it fixed in 5 minutes. Also the digital lock on front door gave us some problems one night and again the owner immediately responded to our message. We found the response time and solving of issues extremelly comforting. Nice to stay somewhere when you're truely being looked out for. Highly recommend this unit and owner.
