Property was in a central location. While it was comfortable enough, it is definitely an older building and there were signs of wear and tear throughout the halls and in the room. Nothing that made our stay uncomfortable though. What we didn't like is that parking was a block down the road and came at an extra cost ($20 a night). The water pressure was absolutely disappointing and there was only enough warm water for one of us to shower which meant I had to have a cold shower in the morning. I understand the desire to be environmentally friendly but that was all around a shock. Honestly, because of the shower and the inconvenient parking, we probably won't be staying here again in future.

There was no hot water and it sounds as though it’s an ongoing and known issue. This is just not an option and the excuse that they need a pump that circulates the water didn’t help. There was no offer of credit or refund. They simply said “sorry about that”. Which doesn’t fly with me. I will not stay there again and that’s a shame because it’s nice and it’s conveniently located. I think this old building is going to require on going repairs which will make it an unpleasant stay.
