There is a banging noise going on every 30 minutes. I called the hotel staff. They said they were gonna send somebody up. Nobody came was unable to sleep the whole trip. The hotel is filthy. Very unsafe place to stay and Travelocity you should be ashamed of putting the pictures that you have on there. It looks nothing like the hotel today. Those pictures must be 20 years old.

Oh my god, what a dump. Cockroaches everywhere, dirty. Vagrants sleeping in the lobby. This is right out of Harlem in the 70’s movie. They charge your card for much more than I paid Expedia and they won’t give it back.

Hotels.com shouldn't even list this motel. It was the scariest place ive ever stayed. The locks on the door broken, entire place in bad need of repair. Broken furniture throughout toom, sketchy people staying there. Paying for parking was ridiculous its an open lot with no security.

The Air condition worked well, The supervisor or Manager was telling the worker not to wipe the mop over the dirty plastic floor. Very confrontational and lack decorum. Never going there again. The Manager in front was profession and accomodatiing.

There was mouse dropping in the bed there was damaged walls and furniture and tgey did not refund deposit like they said they would. They also dont tell you about the extra charges for cleaning the rooms till you are there. The room was nice but it was cold and I had no way of turning off the AC you can only put it on cool mode or heat mode but you cannot turn it off but overall the price was nice I was able to upgrade my room at the front desk which was good and the location was great
