Overall experience at this property was very good. Staff were friendly and the property was clean.It was nice to have a fridge in the room but I wish they also had a microwave to reheat food, there is definitely enough space for one on the coffee bar. The only big problem was at the coffee shop in the lobby. I waited almost 10 minutes for the person working there to come out of the back and take my order. It would have been longer if the person at the front desk didn’t finally go into the back to get him because it had been so long. When he finally came out, he stopped by the door, before coming to the counter, to continue texting with whomever he was talking to. I found that very rude because it had already been so long, and it was very clear that that was what he had been doing for so long in the back.

Paid in advance for three nights. Became sick the first night and had to leave….but the Hotel was very quick to refund the remainder of my stay. I would recommend this very nice Hotel. The accommodation was very very nice! The Hotel manager was truly thoughtful and cared about my situation!

The room felt like it had not even been cleaned prior to us getting it. The breakfast was not included. Parking cost $10 a day and was not stated on Expedia prior to us arriving. Rooms are very dark and small.
