Please note this is an in-law suite that is the lower level of a single family home. It is a completely private suite with a separate entrance and entirely separate from the rest of the home. The hosts live on the upper floor and strive to be quiet however some household noise and occasional footsteps may be heard from above, as is typical in most multi-level homes. We have a 2 year child - who generally sleeps from 8pm to 8am, and the house is very quiet during overnight hours. Light morning or daytime movement may occasionally be heard. If you are extremely noise conscious this place may not be a good fit you. The vast majority of our guests have not had any issues with the noise and many have mentioned how quiet it is (the neighborhood is extremely quiet).
Immediately when you enter the garage is a full fridge and freezer that guests are free to use.
Plants, artwork and mirrors are present throughout the unit.
