Has shuttle from the airport. Very quiet and clean. Unfortunately not close to restaurants or downtown Frankfurt. Really nice buffet breakfast!

Very basic with limited options. Kitchen closes at 10pm with no in room dining option as well. Rooms were bit hot and only heating would work (not cooling) at this time of the year. You have to open windows. No iron or iron board in rooms. You have to go and iron in a room. Couldn’t open the safe as per instructions. Morning shuttle to airport gets full early and you have to wait for 20 mins for next shuttle. Staff at the reception was helpful but not much they can do if hotel has little to offer.

The breakfast choices were incredible, healthy and quality food. Our only concern was that at the end of September the air conditioning was turned off and both our room and the common areas were very warm. There was only a comforter and no top sheet on the bed, so it was difficult to maintain a good sleeping body temperature.

WELCOME TO GERMANY/ONENIGHT AIRPORT HOTEL STOP

terrible wifi service and lack of AC in the room, opened windows to sleep under lots of noise besides, the afternoon barman/front desk didnt want to serve us, felt biased right away as he refused to charge the bill to the room argumenting that it was not onfile while we definitely had asigned a voucher when arriving; then on top of all this he said WE ARE IN GERMANY, such a discriminatory behaviour that shouldnt be allowed in hospitality

The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and it looked tastefully furnished. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The room had a mini fridge a coffee maker with some coffee and a bottle of free water. So overall a nice stay in the room but unfortunately our dining experience was not as pleasant as hoped. They seemed to be understaffed, the bartender was also the waiter. When I asked for a table he told me where we could sit, I didn't see the table so asked again and he rudely answered over there. When it came to paying he quickly snatched the card from me and proceeded to the next table. Food overall tasted good but we didn’t want to eat or have a drink there the second night because of how fairly we were treated.
