This hotel has been my base for exploring Europe. Price is right. And buffet breakfast, is decent and healthy. Hotel is located in countryside, which I liked. Hotel front desk could be a bit more friendly. Good shuttle service to FRA airport

The hotel was clean and food good at the restaurant. We did have an issue finding the shuttle to take from the airport to the hotel. Called the number twice and never got to the shuttle. We had to get an uber there. Shuttle back to airport was okay. Staff seemed unconcerned about our inconvenience

The bus pick up from the airport stops at 2230. They don’t tell you they allocate paraplegic rooms where the shower isn’t usable simply because the hotel is full.

I confirmed that it would be okay checking in early and when we arrived staff made us wait. No where on booking did it say we would have to pay the city tax when we arrived. Dining and their little snack shop were overpriced( spent 100€ on water and Fanta). Housekeeping entered our room after we were settling in while my husband was showering and I was laying down. Staff was dismissive about it when I called reception. Shuttle drops you off at terminal 1(arrivals) when you then have to navigate to a different shuttle in that terminal to get to departures. They should think about dropping guests off at terminal 2 when they check out( not everyone has a German speaker with them- to assist in asking for directions for where to go).

I had a long layover and the stay was great. Good food, comfortable, great communication from the stuff explaining the shuttle service, etc. Would definitely recommend

I liked the cleanliness of hotel and the free shuttle service which runs every 30 minutes, and the last one at 22:45pm. You have to be waiting downstairs, terminal 1, Hall B, arrival area, next to number 6. The bus is blue and white and has number 1 on it. The one thing I didn't like about hotel that the door had to be slammed really hard to shut and no one warned me that the room key has to be inserted and left in the box to activate the lights in the room. I had to figure it out myself. Hotel staff could not warn American tourists at check in? We don't have this system in USA. And front desk staff is not very friendly when approached, I had a feeling that I bother them with questions.

Excellent room and comfy bed. Restaurant was closed for some strange computer problem. Breakfast was limited because they only had one person in the kitchen. Nice gym but the sauna was out of order.
