Checkin for myself and coworker at different times after 6PM was not good. Clerk was very rude and difficult to both of us even though we checked in hours apart. He put both of us in handicapped rooms despite the hotel having low occupancy. When I returned and asked why, he said that’s the way it came through which is not what my reservation was through Expedia. Made a separate reservation for the following night for my co-worker several weeks ago and he said there was none despite the morning clerk easily finding it. Hampton Inns are going down hill fast.

The property was great. It’s in a convenient location if you’re traveling to various ice rinks, like we were. There needs to be more parking and more outdoor lighting. It was a little unnerving walking into the hotel by myself when it was dark. Otherwise, staff was great, loved breakfast and the room was spacious and clean.
