The rooms were clean enough. The location is absolutely perfect. We were able to leave the car there until 11 which was very nice. It's perfect for a weekend gateway, especially if you're out at the beach.

The room was clean and pool area. Excellent close up to the beach but not noisy. No office staff later in the evening available and would have liked a couple cups or paper plates and dish towels for the kitchen that area.

Our room was surprisingly bright and airy, very comfortable and well laid out. The location is excellent, one block from the beach and restaurants and shopping. Although our interaction with the staff was minimal, if we had questions or a need they were very attentive. My great-grandson absolutely loved the pool, and didn't want to get out at all each day. Parking was a little wonky, but we worked it out in the end. It is our first-time staying at the Mainsail, and we will definitely be back for a longer stay next summer.

The location was fantastic! The owner was lovely and super accommodating. The rooms were clean and adorable. My only complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were not great and bedding was thin and a little scratchy. Regardless, I still recommend this property because it’s in a great location and the service is excellent.
