Perfect location the south end of Hampton Beach, this beautiful condo is only a 5 minute walk until your toes hit the sand. Hampton Beach State Park, Hampton Marina, and the boardwalk are also just a few minute walk.
Enjoy ocean breezes from the private wrap around porch with a deck at the entrance and a second off the master bedroom. The newly renovated condo has a full kitchen w/new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, & countertop that seats 6 guests. The living room has ample seating with a sectional couch and a large screen TV with cable and WiFi. Down the hall is a bath with shower and washer & dryer. The 3 bedrooms each have a closet and sleeping space for six with 2 queen beds and 1 full sized bed. Rental includes 2 assigned off-street parking spaces.

Outstanding! This condo was by far the best place we have ever stayed. It was very clean and well stocked. The hosts had truly thought of everything could need or want. The location was a nice easy distance from the beach and shopping without being difficult to get in and out of. Plenty of options for food and drink within easy walking distance. It is exactly as the pictures show. The beach equipment and supplies were a huge help. I wish I could more accurately express just how happy we all were with our stay in this condo. It really was an outstanding experience!

I loved that the unit was on the third floor, so there was no one higher than us, but it awarded us a view of the ocean. I also loved the second deck for when it was a bit cooler on the front deck. Location was wonderful, owners were great with what they provided throughout the space.

We had a wonderful time visiting New Hampshire for the graduation at SNHU. The house was lovely and was local to quite a few restaurants. It was also reasonably located to Massachusetts and Maine for further exploration.

Family Vacation

Our vacation included going to Boston, Salem and Lee for a long Halloween weekend. This unit was conveniently located to all locations. Very easy to check-in, unit was spotless and so comfortable. Short walk to restaurants and the beach. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.
