Our family stayed at Dakota retreat for Thanksgiving week. Overall everyone enjoyed the well decorated interior, and the back yard. The house was very spacious, comfortable with an open kitchen, dining and living area layout, that was a great space to get together. Activities were available for both adults and children including putting, ping pong, and various games. The spa was enjoyed by all, as was the fire pit. The property was near golf, tennis, shopping, restaurants and other visitor attractions in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home!

We were staying here for Memorial Day weekend. Great location. Very thoughtful modern design. Perfect backyard with hot tub and water lounge operated by the ipad provided by the owner. The community pool is right outside of the backyard. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and functional. Overall this is a great place for a family vacation!

The bride to be had several of us book places in this community. Since the venue was less than a mile away it was a perfect spot. The pool in the middle was a great place to hang out since they do not allow more than 10 people at the house. This was unfortunate as we would have liked to host some of the family here for the wedding. We had a casual dinner one night with people who were staying in the complex but were told they had to leave. Just a warning they are strict about this. We were not being rude, obnoxious or out of line. We were called by the owners that everyone had to leave. I am only writing this in a review so people are aware if they try to book it and think they might want to have more than 8-10 people at the place. We were able to get early check in which was nice. They also have a hot tub but we were not able to use it as we needed the iPad and it wasn't charged and none of us had the right type of charger of that iPad. Another thing that might have been nice were some towels for the pool. Thankfully I had brought a few from home. A lot of the other places provided them.

Tennis Trip

Our family of six people stayed here in March 2024 and it was wonderful. The house and facilities are great and the location, very close to the IW Tennis Center, was perfect for us. There were two samll issues and Zach responded immediately and they were resolved.....would highly recommend.
