Great place to stay. You do not have tv's or ice machines as it is a residence but they have a full sized fridge/freezer, kitchen, free parking and great A/C which is nice. One thing to note is this is far from downtown with no amenities close by so having a vehicle is important if you plan to check out the water front. Enjoyed my stay.
