This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed and a sofa in the living room. The condo is large enough to host 4 guests at a time.



The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. We had an excellent experience staying in this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The unit is located in a modern, new building right in the heart of Downtown Kitchener, making the location absolutely ideal for exploring the city.The room was spotless and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the thoughtful "starter kit" provided—having oil, salt, tea, sugar, and detergents ready for us made a huge difference in our comfort. It is clear the hosts go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome.Additionally, the 24/7 support was incredible. It’s rare to find such responsive communication, and it gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay.The only minor hurdle was the lack of mailbox access, which made receiving an important document quite a challenge involving Canada Post. However, given the cleanliness, location, and superb hospitality, we were still very happy with our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Kitchener!
