If I could give this property a minus 5 stars, I would. We have used VRBO many times over the past 15 years (as you can verify by looking at our rental history) and this property and the one last year in Naples, FL are by far the worst vacation rentals we have experienced. This property is basic shelter. The ONLY redeeming factor was the view. It is old and rundown. All appliances and furniture are very old and in terrible shape. All faucets leak water profusely. The refrigerator looks like it was used for target practice and comes with 3 ice cube trays. The furniture is about as uncomfortable as can be. Walls at the baseboards are decaying, whole inside paint is in terrible shape. All this for 207.50 per night. Somehow VRBO has to have some type of inspection of these places, online pictures can hide a lot of things. After the last two years, we would be very skeptical of using VRBO again. I have many pictures of this property that I took that I can share with VRBO.

It’s very nice property and spacious for family to share. Also the waterfall view from balcony and living room was awesome. Spa and pool was very close and convenient. It’s great choice to stay for family relaxation getaway.

Fantastic peaceful view

Very relaxing stay with my daughter celebrating her 40th birthday. The property is beautiful and the pool is very close and usually very few people there. It is about a forty minute drive to the airport, but many grocery stores near by

The property has a beautiful view of a lake with waterfalls outside the balcony.Check-in was extremely easy and instructions were accurate.For being an older condo, it was comfortable.Our only complaint is the beds in the two rooms were not comfortable at all.Possibly a mattress topper should be purchased.Everything else was great - a very quiet neighborhood

Could be 5 stars with some TLC

The condo was as described. A beautiful view with water falls that made it a very serene place. Before arrival, Michael was very quick to respond to my questions. After arriving, I texted Michael & the property manager with issues in the condo. The property manager was very quick with a response and solutions. The blind in the master bedroom was down and the cord was broken. The garbage disposal broke on 2nd day. The guest bathroom had 4 lightbulbs burned out over the vanity. The coat rack inside the front door was convenient, but was pulling away from the wall. There were a total of 5 dining and kitchen chairs. Only 3 in dining room. The 4th was found in the garage, broken. Property manager set over 2 folding chairs the same day I texted him. More hangers are needed for a 3 bedroom condo. Wash cloths would be nice too. There are plenty of pool towels and the washer & dryer were large, and new. It’s very roomy for 3 couples. The kitchen is a good size too. There balcony off the bedroom and living room is wonderful. The location is spectacular! We will rent this condo again.
