Escape to the heart of the legendary PGA West community, where sweeping Santa Rosa mountain views frame every morning and the Coachella Valley stretches out before you. This 1,562 sq ft two-bedroom home with a loft sits inside PGA Signature - a dedicated vacation rental community - placing you just a two-minute walk from the Signature resort clubhouse and steps from one of the most celebrated golf destinations in the world. In summer, evenings on the private patio are where the magic happens: the desert cools, the mountains glow, and your own outdoor retreat is waiting.

Living space
The open-plan living area is generously sized and flows naturally to the private backyard patio, making indoor-outdoor living effortless. A large sofa anchors the space alongside a 65` Smart TV - perfect for unwinding after a day on the course or out at the festival grounds. The loft adds extra flexible space, and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair is available in a common area. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep things comfortable year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite features a king bed, a 50` TV, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower. A walk-in closet provides ample storage. The second bedroom is set up with a queen bed, and the living room offers a futon for additional guests. Extra pillows, blankets, and full bed linens are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, with quartz countertops, a 6-burner gas range, and a full suite of appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Wine glasses, a baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are all on hand. Cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - are stocked, along with an initial supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and trash bags. A dining table brings everyone together for meals.

Outdoor living
The living room opens directly onto your private backyard patio - a fully set-up desert retreat with an outdoor dining table, couch seating, a putting green, gas BBQ, corn hole, and a fire pit, all framed by those signature Santa Rosa mountain views. Key FOBs in the home give you access to all resort community amenities, including the heated resort-style community pool, shared hot tub (available all year, open 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM), outdoor BBQ area, fitness center, bocce ball, and shuffleboard.

Bathrooms
The primary en-suite offers dual sinks and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Hot water, cleaning products, and shower gel are provided throughout.

Laundry & supplies
A washer and dryer are in the home. Bathrooms come stocked with towels and toiletries, and the home is supplied with an initial set of laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, hand soap, and kitchen sponge. Hangers, extra pillows, blankets, an iron, and clothing storage are also available.

Location
PGA Signature puts you within walking distance of the PGA West courses, including the Pete Dye Stadium Course - Golf Digest Top 100 Public and home to the final round of the American Express Open. The Empire Polo Fields (home to Coachella and Stagecoach festivals) are less than 4 miles away - a 15-minute bike ride. Old Town La Quinta is 5-7 minutes by car, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (BNP Paribas Open) is less than a 15-minute drive, and Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away. Joshua Tree National Park`s south entrance is about 45 minutes out. Highway 111 is close by, with Costco, Target, and coffee shops all within easy reach.

Please note
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge, subject to availability. The home uses a keyless entry system - a unique code is issued prior to arrival and changes with every reservation. There is 24-hour gate security for community access. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-stay clean is available for an additional fee. Regarding pets: no cats; certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
