The Space:
This single bedroom, single bathroom lock off villa includes a spacious living room with flatscreen smart TV and fireplace. The kitchen includes all appliances and cooking necessities to make your weekend getaway or extended stay comfortable. Open the back patio doors to gorgeous views of the community and surrounding mountains. The bedroom includes a Queen size bed and ample closet space. A Keurig coffee maker and Keurig pods are provided, however there is also a standard drip coffee maker if preferred. A pool is just steps away with the main pool about 150ft away. Enjoy the close proximity to the pools without sacrificing any of the quiet and peaceful surroundings. This property is also equipped with a sofa bed in the living room to sleep additional guests upon request. Max capacity is 4 overnight guests. Please notify us if you will be utilizing the sofa bed as we will provide extra bedding.

Full Access to Legacy Villas Amenities, including 12 pools and 11 spas, fitness center, 24/7 security, and onsite weekend cafe.

It was overall a pleasant stay with very pretty landscaping. The complex was very nice located in a very good neighborhood. We didn’t use the amenities but they seemed to be good and well maintained. However, checkin time was very rigid without even a few minutes flexibility. Our unit was dark and furniture was quite dated. The bed has a soft mattress. And the lumpy pillows didn’t feel too good. The bathroom was very small, quite different from the impression given on line. Car parking could be challenging if you come home in the evening. The positive take away was that it’s got all the basic needs in the condo. Communication with the property management was excellent. We would work with the same management again for a maybe more updated and brighter condo next time.

Wonderful suite in great location

We had amazing service from the staff prior to and throughout our stay (thank you, Allie!) The suite was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. It got afternoon sun, so for those who like to wake up to bright light, this suite does not face east. The heat pump was a bit loud, so we sometimes had to use earplugs.

Desert Dreams

We return to the desert every year to attend the BNP Paribas Tennis Garden Tournament which is very convenient to the Legacy Villas. It is a lovely gated community: quiet and relaxing with lovely pools, flowers, and vacationers. We had everything we needed both inside and outside our accommodations. We will return again next year, and stay at the Legacy Villas.

Excellent property manager and great property and location.

Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent communication with the property manager. They are focused on customer service. This property was excellent value and a great location for our needs as we are building a home and needed a kitchen with only one bedroom. The unit is well stocked but it could use more light/lamps at night.
