Do not book this if you're looking for a free shuttle both ways. They only give free shuttle to the airport. Which I did not know about, then I paid extra for this place compared to others, and could not cancel. And then the airport shuttle only goes until 2:00 in the afternoon.

The computers were down and had to wait about 30 minutes. My fiance and her hair/make up artist were waiting for the room to be ready because we had our wedding engagement in a few hours. I was then given a room with ANOTHER GUEST ALREADY IN IT!!! It was super embarrassing for my fiance especially in front of our vendors. I had to go downstairs wait in that huge line and get a new room. Also, when we ordered a to go burger and ordered it medium well and even waited 25 minutes for it and it comes out well done and when we told the host she said it would take another 30 minutes. We just ate the burger but yeah never again.

I was a little disappointed they didn't pick up from airport with their shuttle. That was part of the reason I booked, although, now that I think about it I can understand it! Very quaint, historical property with great prices!
