Attention to detail in cleaning the room could be greatly improved especially for a premium room. Also the beds are very uncomfortable. Toilet was creaky and loose. The size of the room, shower and decor were nice.

We heard about the renovations, the government award, and the history, and were looking forward to staying here! The staff was incredibly helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth. However, we were a little disappointed because our room was in the cabana suites across the street. As two women, we had to cross the street at night and felt unsafe doing so. Additionally, our room seemed a bit unclean. You could see previous cup marks on the side tables, and the bathroom felt a little unclean. Next time, I would prefer to stay in the central hotel with the casino.

Hotel was great, casino staff and bar very friendly Did have one issue withe front desk gal, Mary, Went to desk day. Before leaving to verify that my name was on shuttle for airport….she was VERY rude. And had a terrible attitude. Maybe she should be in a different department where she doesn’t have to interact with people…… Gal that checked me in was awesome
