We recently stayed at HGV on Paradise and had a great experience. The property offers free self-parking, which is attached to the hotel. It’s shared with Westgate parking, but there was plenty of available space, and it’s only a short walk to the lobby. The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming, and we received two complimentary bottles of water per day during our stay. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was spacious and extremely clean. The in-room hot tub was wonderful, and the bathroom also included a separate standing shower. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential utensils and dishes, which was very convenient. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Let me start by giving a shout out to Miss Lee Ann Front Desk Lead. I had a few changes (extend our stay, but only the the connecting room, less people, another credit card etc) and after confusing Miss Lee Ann with the wrong room number, then the again the actual room (so twice I gave her wrong info) she still had the patience to fix everything for me, with a smile and be professional about it. I actually gave her permission to kick me out of the hotel and she smile and said, “oh no, honey don’t worry about that, it’s all ok!” I would definitely stay at the property again and again. Great location, very clean rooms and a friendly staff from housekeeping to the front desk.

Room was clean and well kept but we had issues with hot water in the room twice: once immediately upon check-in and again the following day. Ended up getting moved to a different room which resolved the issue but unfortunate to deal with. Another negative for this property is room-to-room noise. The sound insulation between rooms is non-existent and the hallway can get noisy as well. Free parking was great and rare for Vegas. Overall good value for Vegas and I’d be happy to come back if the noise and hot water issues get resolved.
