I liked their free parking for hotel guests; ability to use the covered indoor bridge to get from Main Street Station Hotel & Casino to the California Hotel & Casino. Hotel has convenient access to the Fremont Experience, & other hotels along there. Many food options available in downtown within close proximity. Easy to jump on the City bus to get to & from the Strip. $8.00 for 24-hour bus pass.

The staff was nice. The room was clean, although the carpet could've used a vacuum. There isn't a coffee maker in the room and coffee was kinda hard to find. Covered parking is available at a cost. Fremont Street is an easy walk.

The room we received had a great view of the mountains, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. The train does pass there and there’s the highway, but it’s Vegas, there’s going to be noise so we didn’t mind it. I would’ve loved some water in the room and extra sheets for the pull out couch, but other than that. We had a great stay.

I would love to give this charming hotel 5 start but I can't. Let me say upfront that this isn't the fault of the hotel actually but of its location. I'll get to that in a moment. The hotel is easy to find, check-in was very simple and parking moderately convenient (though you do get to be in the garage so BONUS!). The front desk staff could not have been more polite and accommodating. The decor is gorgeous and I found myself walking around taking many, many photos. The room itself was lovely with beautiful appointments and a very comfy bed. Here's my reason for not including the 5th star - i swear our room was literally on the freeway or train tracks depending on the time of day. The noise was constant and overwhelming...unless you like a lot of noise in which case you'll want to make sure your room faces toward the freeway. If you want some peace, the front desk person checking us out said to ask specifically for a room away from the freeway when booking. They offer a breakfast buffet which looked vast and yummy but we opted to go elsewhere. There is a bridge which will take you to The California where you will find more dining and treats. All in all, I enjoyed my overnight stay and would visit again if the right room location is available.

My room was fine until i noticed a huge wet spot on the carpet near the front door, the wall connected to the bathroom. It had to have been leaking. The smoke smell is really strong too and my allergies were crazy.

Room was excellent. Very clean. Front desk gave me a top floor view room upgrade. Jose at the main bar couldn’t have been nicer! We also enjoyed the karaoke show hosted by Johnny 0 Friday AND Saturday. Nary is the best blackjack dealer as well. No wait for comped drinks and just a short walk to Fremont Party Central. I’ll see all of you back in June!!!!
