Tastefully furnished and decorated single family home in nice well kept neighborhood. Cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors and 20" tiles throughout the home, fully outfitted with linens, towels, dining and cooking supplies.

The large master bedroom with California king bed is located on first floor separated from all the other bedrooms upstairs which offers exceptional privacy.

The master walkouts into the tropically landscaped backyard with pool, Jacuzzi, cabana seating area, lounge chairs, and BBQ gas grill.

Fully equipped kitchen adjoins Family Room featuring 75" Samsung smart TV with sound bar and 1000 MB high speed wireless internet.

Separate formal Living Room and Dining Room that seats eight. Laundry room, a 3rd full bath and game room with pool table round out the first floor.

Every bedroom has its own smart TV. Three separate bedrooms with queen bedrooms are located on the second story. 2nd bedroom equipped with laptop work station.

This home is located 10 minutes to the Freemont Experience "Old" downtown Las Vegas and 15 minutes to The Strip and 20 minutes to the stadiums and airport.

There were 4 of us in town for golf and the 4 bedroom, 3 bath worked perfect. Home was clean upon arrival and all amenities were there. Communication with John was fast and check-in was easy. Enjoyed stay very much.

This house was perfect for our family celebration in Vegas! Plenty of bedrooms and space for our entire family. The outdoor space, with pool and hot tub, were used daily. Location was great and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Summerlin during SEMA. The place was great. Clean, comfortable beds and great outdoor space. Used the grill one night as well which was a bonus. John was easy to get in touch with and was a pleasure to work with!

Holiday July 4th

I want to start off by saying John the owner is awesome. Love that he was available and responsive whenever we needed him. That was from the start of the reservation till departure. The home location is about a 19 minute commute to the strip. Great location has everything in the area from Grocery to Fast food, shopping. The neighbors put on an awesome fireworks show that we could see right in the back yard. We had to move out of the yard because some of the fireworks residue was coming over in the yard! But it was an awesome show especially if you like fireworks! Overall our stay was great and as I advised John. I will be back to rent with him again.

Lovely home in safe neighborhood. Pool was awesome, with a dolphin on the bottom, which my grand-daughter named, "Splash". Beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Great alternative to The Strip

I rented this for my sales team during a trade show. It was ideal to come home to a spacious home after the hectic workday. Neighborhood was peaceful. Also only 1/2 hr away from great outdoor rec areas. Communication with John, the property manager, was exceptional. Look forward to staying here again.

Golf Trip

This property is as advertised in a very nice neighborhood. My contact with John very good along with house rules had other numbers to contact if we needed anything. Chilly for pool in October but hot tub was good along with sitting area and grill.

Beautiful home, lots near by

The house fit our family well. Kitchen was well stocked with items to cook with. We did have to buy our own dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper. It is a great place to have little ones. The pool is a perfect size. We would stay again!

My only draw back is check out process because owner said garbage disposal was broke i never used it so i think thats unfair to say i broke sonething that i never used so i wish check in and out is done maybe in person so that way guest can be sure everything is working properly

Nice quiet property that is conveniently close to the excitement of the strip.

House was nicely outfitted with linens and kitchen utensils. Washer and Dryer are a great convenience. Pool and spa were perfect for early morning dips and winding down after long days of enjoying the sites of Las Vegas. Spa heated quickly and was ready for use in about 15 minutes. Pool table was in a converted garage area with no air conditioning so we did not use it, but the pool and sitting area in back was perfect. Neighborhood was very nice and in an upscale area. Only issue was that the upstairs shower had little pressure. Owner was informed and had his handy man scheduled to make the repair after we left. This was our first visit to Vegas were we did not stay on the Strip or on Fremont Street. Enjoyed the house much more than staying in a hotel. Would recommend staying at this location to others that are visiting Las Vegas.

Beautiful Home. Only about 20 mins to the strip and loved the valet parking which was free at most of the casino resorts and only 3-5 dollars at the parking towers. John was very helpful with early check in and we had no problems. Very much enjoyed our stay and hoping to return next year.

We stayed here at the end of March 2016 and loved it. It was just as described and hoped for. Immaculately clean. We were 2 adults and 5 kids. The pool and hot tub worked well. Particularly liked the dark hardwood flooring. Kitchen was well equipped. Our boys enjoyed playing pool. Good to have TVs in each room. This is a great place that we will return to. The owner, John, is a really nice guy.

It is in a great location and very safe. Loved the area and the home was great. The home was very clean. The master bed is super comfy and the home is nicely furnished. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we loved the outdoor seating. It was very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay there. John was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions I had. Wonderful family vacation in a very comfortable home

Our families got together for the first time in a very long time for the Christmas holidays. With six adults staying in the home and two others in an apartment nearby, the house was the perfect gathering spot for many meals, games and togetherness. The kitchen and open family area was perfect for watching the many football and basketball games, as well as making meals together. The hot tub and patio area was private and nice for the many times we used the hot tub. Our bedrooms were very comfortable, and the spacious master bath downstairs with a direct access to the patio and hot tub was very convenient. We never felt on top of each other, as everyone had their own private space in the home. The kitchen was clean and very user friendly when we arrived, as was the rest of the house. Thank you John for sharing this wonderful home.
