Owner was GREAT...Evolve, not so much!

Property was great. Time of year and reason for the visit did not dictate utilizing the pool, but was freshly cleaned with multiple seating areas to enjoy the yard. Bit of a hassle to request the hot tub to be turned on 90min prior to using, to allow for it to heat up to temperature. Communication with Evolve was not good, unless it involved payment! Only one of the codes they provided (front gate, driveway gate, front door and garage door) was accurate. The email provided to communicate with the "guest contact"(owner) did not work, but they did nothing to address, just suggested calling them. Thankfully owner was great. Provided all access codes and allowed us to drop our bags at the house late morning.

Beautiful gated home close to the strip in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was clean and modern. It had just enough toilet paper, towels, laundry detergent... even a cooler to get us through 5 days. The weather was a bit chilly first week in March so we did not ask to heat the pool - there is a fee for that. But when I requested the hot tub to be turned it magically started to bubble! It was difficult to balance the temperature between the first and second floors. First floor was a bit chilly and it was hot for sleeping upstairs. The TV was spotty, had to reset the box in the bedroom 4 or 5x. You know your in Vegas when there's a beautiful view of the Stratosphere out the main bathroom window (check it out at sunrise) and we met Eric Estrada at Palace Station which can be seen from the backyard. Overall, we had an amazing stay, we felt comfortable and safe. Thank you for the memories!

The best stays are the ones where no hassles arise. This was a comfortable, clean, easy experience from check-in to check-out. Place was as advertised, host was communicative and we enjoyed our overall experience here.

Great place to stay in Vegas

The house and backyard area were very nice. I don't have any complaints about the overall property. This house is wired up! There are camera's everywhere on the exterior of the house and it feels like you are being watched 24/7. Also, if you want to use the hot tub you need to contact the property manager directly and they will turn it on. It was a little bit of an inconvenience but the person that I was communicating with was very responsive and polite.

Perfect location

The location of this property was perfect for us. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. The owner of the property was very accommodating and friendly. Supplies are limited in terms of dish soap, laundry detergent, shower gel, garbage liners etc. We shopped and left items for the next guest.

Girls getaway

The backyard is as promised, a beautiful oasis. We enjoyed the pool and cooking out on the grill. The location is close to the strip for easy access. I did not appreciate the lawn care people waking us up early while we are on vacation. The AC struggled to keep the house at a bearable temperature.. it was miserably warm in the house even at night.

Beautiful home, perfect for a gathering. Pictures show lots of fun activities to do around the house. Cons, owner felt a little overbearing. Called not once but twice within a 10 minute time period to ask for my ID. Then continued to ask what I was doing at her property, who was going to be there and for how long. Property manager called as well to get details and we got everything handled. Thank you so much Leah. Even though we still felt Like we were walking on egg shells with all of the rules posted around the house. Even in the restrooms that they had rules. ***Make sure to read it all of the description of the home***

The communication with the owner was horrible,she didn’t even bother in turning on the spa even when I asked she didn’t even replied,linen dirty, sheets with stains all over,the house is full of signs with rules that takes away that home vibe completely,no extra toilet paper

Nice Location, Comfy beds, Kitchen Poorly Stocked

Trying to stay positive, the pool was very nice and there was plenty of comfy seating for our group of six. Nice fridge and stove. But beyond that the place was not very clean, no plastic cups for outdoor drinks, no dish clothes, no cutting board, bad cook wear and utensils, no garbage bags, not enough pool towels. Wouldn’t recommend staying there if you plan to do any cooking. We only did breakfast and there was a pan and a spatula so bacon and eggs it was. All in all a great time was had so that gets the four stars but won’t be staying again.
