Charming hotel in a centrally located -- but relatively quiet -- part of Lisbon. The staff members -- especially Leandro and Ines -- were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's restaurant was excellent. And while our room was small (as one would expect in European cities), the bathroom was bigger than we anticipated.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Being able to store our luggage before and after check out was so helpful. The rooms are very quiet and clean despite the hotel being centrally located in the city centre.

Rooms were clean and location was excellent BUT the washroom was very small and the doors were glass. This meant very little sound/odor isolation for people using it and those outside. I would avoid if you are overweight or obese.

Overall, we liked it because it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It's a good location within walking distance of many things. However, the service, specifically from the restaurant manager, was terrible.

Hotel Lis was wonderful. The rooms themselves are a little small but we didn’t mind, we didn’t spend too much time in them. The location is perfect, pretty central and walkable to restaurants and things to see. The staff was helpful and super friendly! I would definitely recommend.

The location is centrally located, very close to Santa Justa lift, just a few easy downhill short blocks from Praca de Comercio and waterfront. Great breakfast in the attached restaurant. Front desk Staff are always present and cheerfully helpful.

Super location. Staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was just okay. We had a super weird smell in the room and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor each time. Also the rooms are tiny… and I mean tiny! There are 10 inches at most on one side of the bed.

My husband and I trully loved our stay at Lis Hotel. It was clean, staff were helpful and friendly. The location was walkable and near all tourist sites. I would stay here again.

There were minor things about this property that were not agreeable: balcony had 1 old wooden chair that was cracked and did not feel safe sitting on, and one room chair. I would have been great to have a small table and 2 good condition chairs for the balcony to enjoy sitting outside as the room itself is very small. There is litterally no space in the room, no space for a small desk to work on or even have coffee on, just a narrow bar under the TV. We had to plug the kettle either on the floor or in the washroom because the cable was too short. Also cleaning service never replenished the coffee. Also, you should not have to ask for VIP benefits (2 beverages); they should just give you a voucher to use anytime. You end up forgetting you have them... I'm sure they're ok with this. Other than that, the service, room, and location were great. Walk-out and you have a cafe bakery (Copenhagen Cafe), restaurants, and sight-seeing at your feet.
