The location was good. But we took Uber everywhere, even though it was walkable. The up and down the hills were not for us. Love having the convenience store next door to us. Lots of restaurants close by to choose from, so that was a bonus. The rooms were clean and a good size. Staff was polite and accommodating to our needs.

The hotel is in an area that makes it easy to get to everything that we wanted to see in the city of Lisbon Checking in was easy despite the language difference The room was large and clean and cleaned every day The buffet breakfast was tasty and the view from that room was beautiful

The room was really comfortable and luxurious! I also loved the party room at the top floor, which served some great hors d'oeuvres and nice drinks! I would love to come stay here again when I'm back in Lisbon!

We were disappointed with the below average quality of the breakfast food. The comfort level in the breakfast room was terrible as the room was very hot and humid everyday. It only got worse as more people entered. It was very busy and hectic with large coach tour groups dominating the venue. The room was large but with very "tired" furnishing. The structure of the building was somewhat odd with poorly located elevators that were, themselves, very slow and small. The neighbourhood was very questionable, especially at early evening and later. Overall, I would not rate our stay, (nine nights), as a particularly satisfying one. This hotel that had ambition was merely basic!
