This is a very good hotel for the location and price. Check in is smooth. Staff are nice and polite. Breakfast is delicious with lots of varieties. The bathroom is a bit tight in my room. Overall very happy stayed there.

Very friendly staff

Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions as well as to multiple metro lines. The area has lots of great options for eating out and shopping. Hotel is very comfortable with very friendly and accommodating staff. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff they were great. The breakfast room is small and you are recommended to book a preferred time to ach night for the following morning, a system that works well and there was always loads of food options available including the compulsory custard tarts.

The hotel is centrally located by the main Rossio train station. There's a bar and restaurant in the hotel and they have happy hour drinks at 3pm. There's lots of dining options nearby and all the main attractions can be accessed by foot or transit. I enjoyed the free bottle of red wine for being VIP member with Expedia. The rooms start from very basic no frills quality up to more renovated and updated suites. We just use the hotel to sleep and we did not use the pool or the Oasis bar because it was too cold.

We throughly enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. It was in a good location to walk around the city. I would recommend staying at Residencial Florescente for your trip to Lisbon.

Beautiful hotel with great staff in excellent location. Only concern is several floors have common rooms where guests who know each other can socialize . As these rooms are in the hallways ,we all know hallways have no soundproofing so any noise spreads easily. Our first night a large group occupied the common room on the fourth floor and were very noisy until 1:30 am. When we complained to staff at 11 pm they did immediately speak to the group who were then quieter for 5 minutes but then started up again. We decided to stay elsewhere the next night. Ownership/ management of the hotel should consider instituting a policy whereby guests must vacate the common areas and return to their rooms after 11 pm.

They state that there is laundry available three times but there is nothing there for guests. We planned our trip to be able to so laundry here after traveling a week with carry on size luggage. Nobody at the desk knew a name for a do it yourself place but gave us an area to search 15 minutes away. We came back after walking in the rain for 2 hours without finding it. Another clerk suggested we go to a place that would do our clothes for us. I told her that Google stated that place was closed. She told me that Google was wrong and we should go. We came back an hour later and told her it was closed. It was still raining for this trip. I'd like to suggest thay they revise their listing so nobody else needs to deal with this

Nice short stay hotel

The hotel is a lovely little character property . It is situated centrally for many things, sightseeing, eating and drinking. the staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was good value for money.
