Room was very small, no drinking water (it was in all other hotels in Portugal), and s one step ar the entrance to the room after small hall, that wasn’t marked, and very hard to notice. Accident waiting to happen

We had a difficult time getting through traffic to get here but the girl behind the desk come to Stone and was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were so cute and clean and spacious and the pool was nice. All of the staff we're wonderful and the breakfast was great.

We arrived late and frazzled because of the streets trying to drive in Lisbon. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful and calmed our nerves. It's a lovely hotel with a great breakfast and a great location.

The hotel is located in a very nice, centralized location. My room was huge when compared to most European hotel locations that I have stayed. The breakfast was very nice, though was exactly the same every morning like what is found at most hotels that offer breakfast. The property is very clean, and rooms that are located at the rear were very quiet. The staff is Great and very accommodating. I did not try their restaurant beyond breakfast as there are so many nice places to dine in Lisbon. My only possible criticism is that the pool bar is not always staffed. My advice is when the pool is open, that the staff should send someone there to check on the guests every quarter hour so that drinks could be available.

Comfortable room in a prime location. There is a small swimming pool which makes for a nice change after a sweaty day. Very welcome reception when we arrived. We didn't go for breakfast which was a bit pricey. Felt the staff was a bit brusque when we thought we could just leave the key at reception on check out.

Lisbon is very nice place! Great food, people! Well diverse. The hotel is located where you can walk to the places you wanna be. Restaurants, train station. Our room is big with big bathrooms. Great breakfast. Nice staffs. Thank you.
