Decoração e comododides muito aceitaveis. O apartamento de uma forma geral é bastate agradável, embora com pouca arrumação. Ficámos um pouco decepcionados porque, pelas fotos apresentadas no site, pensávamos ter reservado um apartamento (piso superior) diferente do que efectivamente viemos a verificar (rés do chão).

Mooi appartement op een mooie plek. Op loopafstand van centrum. Voor verbetering vatbaar de 2e badkamer (mieren/geur). Bank in de kamer ziet er niet heel fris uit. Verder uitstekend. Alles aanwezig. Vaatwasser. Wasmachine. Etc

Muito bem localizado, o bairro possui muitoscrestsurantes e cafés, pertinho da Avenida Liberdsde e a poucas quadras da Rua Augusta. A acomodação é pequena, mas confortável, máquinas de lavar roupas e lava-louças, loucas boas,senti falta aoenas de pratos de servir e de um ferro elétrico. As louças foram importantes neste período de confinamento, a opção era cozinhar. Meu conselho é, ao pegar aplicativo, que forneçam o endereço da Rua São José, 149, que fica bem em frente à rua do Cartiao. A rua é é estreita e a acomodação é bem próxima à Rua Dao JOSE, mas se o motorista pega a rua lá de cima e vem descendo, por vezes tem que esperar, pois se j há um carro estacionado, o outro não passa,
