Very small but clean room, also a very hot room with no windows to open so bring your own fan. If your ok with a small toilet and shower space then would recommend.

Great place!!! Rooms are small and bathrooms are tight. Located in a wonderful neighborhood. Really get the sense of a non-tourist London.

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. When there was a problem with a room we’d booked they helped find other accommodations and made certain our needs were met. Above and beyond! Rooms are a bit tight so if your body type is on the larger side it may not be ideal. Other than that I highly recommend.

Very basic but fine for a one night stay on my way to Heathrow. It is basic. Don’t expect frills or a bar. And you can’t drink the tap water from the sink in the bathroom. The shower was tiny but had decent force.

A well located and budget friendly hotel for staying a few nights in London. The rooms are the true meaning of no frills but this is to be expected and is described as such . One warning though, the toilet/shower room is incredibly cramped and not easily usable for those of us of a larger build . There were a few issues that need to be looked at such as a flickering bathroom light, and fluctuating water temperature . But again, for the price in zone 1 , I cannot complain !

Besides the prime location, I would not recommend staying here unless you like the smell of sewage and enjoy feeling like you are on a cruise ship from the tube being directly underneath the basement rooms which you heard and felt rattling the room. The bed was definitely a spring mattress as we could feel each individual spring. Every time you moved, the ‘boing’ sound of the spring echoed. Room was so small could barely open a carry on sized case. Would not manage to have stayed another night. The reception staff were nice.

Our stay was great, aside from the fact that none of the wall power outlets worked in the room, Room 110. We ended up having to resort to using the USB plug that at the bottom of our bedside light to charge phones and power banks.

Clean room however had a bad odour we had to purchase room spray because it smelt strange. They didn’t make our bed or give us fresh towels. Noise from air con and tubes can be a bit disturbing at night. Overall great location greatness to tubes tube stations and plenty of breakfast and restaurants near by. However wouldn’t rush back. Parking very awkward and staff not helpful with location of best parking either.

Staff on check out were disinterested and non conversational. Didn't say anything to me, just took the key. If they'd have asked I'd have told them how terrible my stay was due to the noise of of other guests and general work taking place in the hotel, banging at 8am. Train noise I expected but not the rest.

We checked in and went up to our room. 5 minutes later the cleaner just walked in whilst my partner and myself were getting changed. The man from reception then proceeded to come up and insinuated that he had put us up in a different room. Bear in mind, the key card was set up for this room. Initially the room seemed clean enough, however after a full day out we arrived back and found that neither of the bins had been emptied (there was a used tampon in the bin) and the bed hadn’t been changed. There were food stains and hair in the bed. It was too late to get someone at reception. I have emailed easy hotels regarding said issues and their response was vague and dismissive. Book elsewhere, there are plenty of lovely places to stay in the vicinity.

1. The room was not clean and had bed bugs. I was bitten and developed skin irritation. I informed the front desk and was moved to another room. I was assured that the new room was clean, however it still had bed bugs and I continued to get bitten. 2.The bathroom drainage system was blocked. During showering, the water did not drain properly and pooled in the bathroom. 3. Due to the bed bug issue and resulting health concerns, I requested an early checkout and a refund. However, every attempt to resolve this issue was met with the response that “the manager is not available.” Over the course of more than a week, I repeatedly tried to contact the hotel. Either I was unable to reach anyone, or when I did, I was told the manager was not available, and no one could approve the refund.

unfortunately the first room I was in had bugs beside the headboard and on the floor and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The window in the room I got moved to was stuck open, thankfully there was a screen to pull closed. The only plus was aircon during the heatwave and the good location.
