Fabulous

We had a wonderful stay at The London Hilton. The staff were welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us from reception to the bars and restaurants everywhere. Our room was large and clean. The restaurants were very friendly and welcoming and again I just can’t mention enough how friendly and welcoming all the staff were. We had a swim in the pool in the afternoon which was really lovely. I cannot recommend this wonderful hotel enough. We went as we were seeing a concert at Wembley Stadium which is a minute walk away with plenty of retail therapy to keep you occupied. We will definitely be returning to The Hilton next time we are staying in London. Thank you so much for looking after us. Tracey and Chris King.

Really lovely hotel. Staff friendly & hotel clean. If I had one thing that tainted the staff only very slightly was when we checked in breakfast wasn’t mentioned/offered so the next morning when we went to the restaurant we was told it was £23 each and would have been £14 each if booked on day of checked in! However the lady did give it to us for £16 each in the end. This does not take anything away from the lovely hotel and staff. I would definitely stay again.

Overpriced and basic

For the price of the room I wasn’t expecting the water to be so expensive. It was a basic room for a lot of money. Other hotels don’t charge you for water and have more amenities. The location was great as that why I booked it, just thought it was overpriced for such a basic room and never expected to be charged so much for still water.

This was an excellent Hilton, the staff, especially Gary were superb, they couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel room was spacious and very clean and I applaud their eco friendly stance. We had a quick dinner in the restaurant which was good and varied menu and again the staff were first class. In every part of the hotel I thought the staff were some of the best and most helpful I have ever experienced.

Extremely pleasant staff at reception however my overall stay was disappointing. Only the canned water in the room was free. Payment required for all the other snacks. No basic slippers, toothpaste or toothbrush (luckily I bought my own). These small touches may be minor but not what you expect of a big hotel chain - payment for WiFi after 7 days!? I did not feel special and I will remember this Hilton for all the wrong reasons. I will not be staying at another Hilton in the future if this is what I have got to look forward to - shame ..
