One annoying experience was that the security person forbade me from using my camera to take photos of my family in the hotel lobby and restaurant alleging that the use of a camera was not allowed by hotel policy and I could only use my phone to take pictures

The location was fantastic, with proximity to Westminster Bridge (the Parliament building and Westminster Abbey were just on the other side), the London Eye and Leake Street Arches very close by. The hotel is closest to the Waterloo underground station, but the Westminster station is also within 10 minutes' walking distance. Although the hotel is in a bustling area, our room was very quiet at night. The daily breakfast buffet, which offers the "Full English Breakfast" among many other options, was outstanding and well worth the small increase to include it in the price of our daily rate.

This is an exceptionally clean hotel with very professional staff overall. Sometimes I encountered a bit a of snobbery but it was rare. Reception was very helpful on check-in and checkout. The cleaning crew was very accommodating in fulfilling house keeping requests. The complimentary Merlot and water were much appreciated. The room was small but very comfortable, especially the bed. The buffet breakfast had many delicious dishes although a bit pricey at 50 pounds (although prices do continue to climb). Our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you.

Bank holiday break in London.

This was a long weekend stay over bank holiday. Hotel good location in central London. Near to lots of the main attractions in London. Hotel was clean and modern, and busy. Nice room that was given, and a not bad view. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. The app made it useful for Asking Questions or requesting things, I.e: extra teabags/milk, etc. Wi-Fi was very good in the room and a good speed. Only problem was the TV would sometimes turn off by itself. Overall very good hotel and location, would stay again.
