Good and convenient location, near train underground stations and tour stops cruise or bus. Lower floors are a bit noisy due to proximity within the hospital which is the trade off, other than that good location, spacious place to rest for whole day exploring the city!

Hotel failed to inform that December 31st would be hard to get back to hotel and I struggled with 2 kids 2.5 hours to find a way back to hotel . They failed to provide proper service on Dec 31st and didn’t have any event to celebrate the new year. New year dining was overpriced and limited .

The room was very clean and everything stocked up well - thanks its lovely to be able to make coffee in your room. As a personal point of view it would be nice to be able to make two coffees per day rather than one - so four sachets rather than two. All staff were excellent and most helpful. Was most impressed with the room service, only took 15 minutes to reach my room. Check-in was quick and check-out very very quick. Breakfast was great - good variety of food and very relaxed - didn't feel pressured in any sense to leave my table and so was able to enjoy a second flat white - very important to me in the mornings. Thank you - would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Room was amazing-very nice to have a fairly separate living room from bedroom (bathroom was between) so teens and parents can have seperate spaces. The lobby and buffet areas were spotless with lots of staff on hand. Never had to wait for anything and very accommodating.
New years at midnight just after the fireworks. We saw them from the comfort of our room and were happy NOT to be outside with the throngs of people!

The location itself isn’t bad, but there are several serious downsides: The swimming pool has a strict 30-minute limit and can only be booked once per day. That makes it impossible to actually relax or spend any meaningful time there. The dining table shown in the photos is only available to guests with a VIP membership. So the beautiful setup advertised is essentially just for display and not accessible to regular guests. There was a bug crawling in our room. I called three times to have it taken care of, and instead of resolving the issue properly, we were eventually moved to a smaller room—which felt quite ironic and disappointing. Overall, the experience didn’t match what was advertised.

1/5 – Second Stay, Huge Mistake This was our second stay, and unfortunately it will be our last. While the location next to Westminster Bridge is very convenient, our New Year’s Eve experience was extremely disappointing, especially for a family. An expensive perfume was stolen from our room. Although we reported it immediately, it took hours for the hotel to begin an investigation. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no resolution before checkout, only a promise to contact us later by email. We booked and paid well in advance for a New Year’s Eve dinner for 2 adults and 2 children. A kids menu was confirmed by email, but on the night we were told no kids menu was available. Because the area was under city lockdown, there were no nearby restaurants or delivery options, so our children barely ate—after we paid a high price for a mediocre 5-course menu.. Due to the hotel’s proximity to the London Eye, the area was fully restricted for fireworks. Tickets sold out months in advance, terrace access was blocked by the hotel, and room upgrades with views were quoted at over £4,000. Despite this, the hotel offered no real New Year’s Eve atmosphere—no music, no family-friendly seating, and no celebration. Overall, a very stressful and disappointing experience. Not recommended, especially if you travel with kids New Year Eve! Don’t waste your money!!!
