Allegra Hotel never disappoints, it’s my 3rd time staying here and from the warm welcoming team at the reception desk, the room very clean, spacious and comfortable, tasty menu options, versatile bar, coupled with a beautiful ocean view, my experience was truly wonderful. The quality of Allegra overall is above standard.

the room was clean and comfortable with a huge bed, big pillows and a beautiful ocean view. Ruben checked me in and was very welcoming - gave me lots of info about the hotel amenities. Got a drink and ate at the bar in the evening during happy hour. very affordable and delicious. I will be back.

I stayed there for four nights and the next week I had a medical emergency and tried to cancel my new one-night reservation, and both the hotel and Hotels.com wouldn't cancel my reservation, or just charge me a 10% cancellation fee. I was charged the full amount and hotel "resort" fees. I am very disappointed with the Allegria hotel and Hotels.com.
