The room itself was clean spacious, the check in staff was professional the parking attandant reserve the handicap parking for us while we attened an event, breakfast bar was fine, noticed the plates being utilized not paper ones. The A/C in our room seemed it was on full blast no lower control or auto where it turns off and on. The traffic was too LOUD even from the 5th floor and people talking and laughing down below outside walking by.

Two out of three staff members we interacted with were lovely; the third was not friendly at all, and made me feel like I was a nuisance just for being there. The hotel is in a convenient location, but the area around it is pretty sketchy and we didn’t feel super safe here. However, the room was clean and we got what we needed out of our stay. Early bag check was super helpful with the plans we had that day that started before check in.

The reason I’m giving it a lower score is because they don’t tell you about parking they charge you a $45 dollar fee on top of the room per night for valet they should disclose there is no parking and you have to pay for valet
