So close to all the main areas, central everything you need. The apartments was a really big size for us as a family 5. Was all very clean, coffee machine & pods in the kitchen, plenty of plug sockets. Beds very comfortable, bargain of a price for location. Our check in wasn’t till 3pm but was able to store our luggage when we looked around the city till check in. Will definitely use again. Thank you

Great location with TONS of shops right outside the front door! Staff was excellent for check-in and a couple of issues during our stay. Hot water for showers was VERY limited in the mornings...guessing the heater is shared amongst multiple units or the entire building. Had 2 false fire alarms during our stay which woke us up one morning and kept us from falling asleep the second time. Oddly we had to call the office to confirm they were false (would think someone would have come onsite to advise travelers that it was a false alarm vs. a number of us standing in the hallway trying to determine whether it was real or not).

This is a fantastic location for families to explore Madrid. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. The room was larger than expected and the fresh fruit in the fridge was a nice addition. The room was mostly very clean but there were some obvious spots missed, like a big splatter of something on the top of the cabinet door above the fridge. The room was just a little bit noisy but that’s to be expected in such a busy part of the city. We loved the proximity in town to everything, we loved that to room had everything we needed including enough space for two people to rest with a cold. We loved the old building and modern amenities. We loved this hotel and will be going back to stay again.

We stayed for 7 nights in February 2025. The apartment exceeded our expectations, and the location was perfect! It was a very favorable experience, and I would highly recommend it. It offers the best of both apartment and hotel with full time reception and cleaning service every three days. And there is a lift/elevator for those who have mobility issues.

Great apartment and location. Helpful 24/7 front desk. My only issues were the cleaning happening every 3 days (we stayed 4 nights and it was only cleaned once) and our apartment did not have the “cleaning kit” (detergent for dishes and clothes, etc) because they had run out. It was never replenished. Otherwise I recommend this place.
