Had a wonderful time at this hotel, location was great right next to Plaza Mayor. We were only in Madrid for 3 days however we were able to see everything we wanted to due to the close proximity. The rooms are small but that’s the normal size for hotels in the centre of Madrid, the bathroom was bigger than other hotels I have stayed in Madrid and we found everything to be as comfortable as we needed. The staff was what made our experience above amazing, they were always helpful when anything was needed, able to provide help and advice. They also left us breakfast on our door each morning which was a very sweet surprise to wake up to.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located close to Plaza Mayor. There are a lot of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was quiet and very clean. They left us a bag with pastries and water each morning and have coffee and fruit available. The staff were super friendly. I would stay here again!

Love the location and the space of the room assigned to us. Next stay I will request a higher floor to minimize the noise in the street. The rest of my stay it was wonderful. Great touch with the bottle of bottles and quick bites in the morning.

Very nice location. Friendly staff for check-in. Less than 5 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. Also very close to all the shopping district. Taxi service down the road. Great coffee corner to replenish in fruit, cookies and beverage. They gave us free gifts every morning. Overall, very nice stay.

The hotel is updated and modern. Check in was quick, room was clean and had all necessities. The location was very convenient and well within walking distance to al the landmarks from royal palace to prado museum and to the metro. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and very quiet even though our room was on the first floor facing the street, it was well insulated from outside noise. It was good value for the money.

Location great! You pay for it with noise though

Location is fantastic. We walked everywhere. The staff are friendly, the rooms are airy and spacious, very clean and they are focused on being eco friendly. The only thing is it’s noisy in the room when you’re trying to sleep because of the location. So if you’re a light sleeper then this isnt for you but if you sleep like a log then you’ll love it.

Great Location

Our stay was good. The view and location were excellent and we were able to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and it was nice to have snacks and beverages available 24/7, and the morning water and snacks left for us was a nice touch. While the bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well, the room itself was austere. There was only one chair for the small table and no other chairs or sofa, so we either had one hard chair or the bed to take a break during the day before going back out. The fan only blows warm air (I asked front desk if it was broken, but they confirmed it's only warm) so if you sleep hot, or your stay is during the warmer months, you'll need to sleep with the windows open, so bring ear plugs.
