We stayed here from 10–14 September and unfortunately the accommodation was significantly different from what was advertised on Expedia/Vrbo. It was listed as a finished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for up to 6 guests, but the reality fell well short and we were instead provided an apartment for 2 guests. The accommodation was clearly not properly prepared either. On arrival at 9pm, only one small bathroom was available, the shower drained very slowly, hot water was initially lukewarm, and there was no toilet paper. The property appeared unfinished and still undergoing works. There were limited towels, no bath mat, iron or ironing board, the Smart TV did not work, and Wi-Fi was very weak. Basic washing-up facilities and clear instructions for the boiler/rubbish disposal were also missing. We had to persuade the manager to let us use the unfinished apartment next door (Flat B) for an additional bedroom/toilet. The cleaning team only arrived around 11pm and we were not properly settled until around 11:30pm. Flat B was cold overnight. We requested a duvet the following morning and were told one would be provided, but it never arrived, so we had to find our own solution. We were subsequently told a refund would be provided. However, despite follow-up WhatsApp messages and an email, the host has stopped responding and has not confirmed the refund amount or when it will be paid. We booked around a year in advance for the Grand Prix, so relocating at short notice was not possible

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Aufzug in einem guten Wohnviertel von Madrid. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Soweit ist alles vorhanden. Etwas mehr Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck und eine Kaffeemaschine wären von Vorteil. Das Internet in der Wohnung war ok. Die Geschwindigkeit für Netflix oder ähnliches leider zu gering. Sehr gut ist die Ubahn-Anbindung. 5 Min. Zu Fuss bis "Cuatro Caminos". Supermärkte und viele Restsurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wer mit dem Auto anreist: In den unmittelbaren Strassen ist nur Anwohnerparken bzw. mit Parkschein bis max. 2 Stunden erlaubt. Danach muss das Fahrzeug weggefahren bzw. umgesetzt werden. Eine Verlängerung des Parkscheins ist nicht erlaubt.
