No se comunicaron correcta y claramente, estuvimos mucho tiempo fuera esperando que nos pudieran abrir y gracias a los de mantenimiento pudimos acceder.

La posizione della struttura è meravigliosa! A due passi dalla Gran Via e da Plaza Espana! Qualche miglioria all'appartamento sarebbe necessaria! Se uno sceglie un appartamento e perché ha necessità di cucinare. Magari avere a disposizione qualcosa di basilare come il sale, uno scola pasta, un coperchio col pomello...insomma, la cucinetta va risistemata un po'. Poi in bagno magari qualcosa per appendere gli asciugamani sarebbe gradito...per il resto...il check-in online, l' accesso key-less e la comunicazione con lo staff eccezionale!
