In addition, the living room has a dining table for four people where you can enjoy your meals with the comfort of being at home.

On the second level of the house is the room with a comfortable double bed on a tatami mat, perfect for resting after a long day exploring the city. The apartment has large windows that allow natural light to enter and a careful and cozy decoration that will make you feel in a warm and homely atmosphere.

The bathroom has a modern shower tray and all the necessary amenities for your stay, such as towels. If you need to work during your stay, you will also find a study area with everything you need so you can work comfortably.

The neighborhood

Valdezarza is a residential neighborhood located in the Moncloa-Aravaca district of Madrid. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, with a large number of green areas and parks, such as the Parque de la Dehesa de la Villa, which is one of the largest in the city.

As for supermarkets, there are several options such as Mercadona, Carrefour Express and Día. There are also some leisure and entertainment areas, such as the La Vaguada Shopping Center, which has shops, restaurants and cinemas.

To move from Valdezarza to the emblematic areas of the city, you can use public transport. The nearest metro station is Valdezarza (line 7), from where you can reach the city center in about 20-25 minutes. There are also several bus lines that connect the neighborhood with the city center.

If you need to go to the airport, you can take metro line 7 at the Valdezarza station (about a 10-minute walk from the center of the neighborhood) and change at the Gregorio Marañón station to metro line 8, which will take you directly to the airport. If you prefer to take a taxi, there are several ranks in the area.

To get to Atocha station, you can take metro line 7 in Valdezarza and change at Canal station to line 2, which will take you directly to Atocha. You can also take bus 82 from the Valdezarza stop to the Atocha station.
