The staff are very friendly but it's like a cafeteria in the morning at first floor as they are selling food which is a little noisy.

Very nice hotel in the suburbs paid hotel parking but lots of places on the street in front of the hotel free of charge, train station about 1000m from the hotel, clean and nice staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast not too rich but good.

Quite nice and very clean. I didn't lack the lack of a fridge in the rooms but it's not a big deal. LOcation is good, but of course well outside the city. Praking is plentiful around the hotel and inside (for a small fee).

It was an excellent place to stay. Far away from central Madrid. The easiest way to move around it's having your own transportation. Public transportation is kind of far (20mins walking) The property was just waht we needed. Clean and quiet. The receptionist Maria was a great help, very informative. She showed us how to get to the places wee need to go. Breakfast menu has multiple choices. All staff were very professional.

This hotel is very far from the city, the hotel is very new but very far from the city. I would not recommend if you want to do the tourist places it can get very pricey if you want to take Ubers.
