I consider this to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at my whole life. The moment you enter you’re surrounded by hotel personnel that want nothing more than to make sure your stay is as best as possible. The location is superb, you walk out and you are in the middle of the Madrid within walking distance of all the sights and famous locations. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the hotel interior/room was a combination of modern and antique architecture. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and I can’t wait to go back. Don’t even give it a second thought: book this hotel now if you’re staying in Madrid!

Generally don’t love the Marriott brand anymore as they are outdated BUT the JW in Madrid was outstanding. Could not fault anything at all. Staff impeccable, rooms and amenities 100%. Also must mention the location was right in the centre of everything. Safe, walkable and luxurious. Well done team JW!!!!
