The space
Newly renovated apartment, located on the fourth exterior floor of an apartment building right on Calle Almagro.

The decor and layout of the apartment have been designed so you can enjoy natural light and a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere, with beautiful views of the Monastery garden on Calle Almagro.

The space is divided into two separate areas separated by wooden slats that let light through.

The bedroom area features a double bed and a sofa for additional guests. It includes a full bathroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a work desk, and all the cooking utensils you might need.

The house offers all the amenities, including bedding and bath linens, heating in the winter, air conditioning in the summer, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Since it is located in an apartment building, you’ll also have access to a front desk and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guests’ use.
If you need to leave your luggage before your trip, you can ask at the front desk; depending on space availability, they may be able to store your luggage (though this is not guaranteed).
Amenities and Common Areas
The apartment is delivered completely clean and equipped with high-quality sheets and towels. Guests are provided with 2 towels per person (XL-size and hand towels).
The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, pots, dishes, silverware, frying pans, microwave, refrigerator, etc.)
The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, shower gel, and shampoo.

* Standard check-in hours for the apartment are from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you need to check in later, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
* The building receptionist will give you the key to the apartment along with a card to enter the building outside of reception hours (6 a.m.–10 p.m.).

* The apartment has a control panel next to the closet to adjust the air conditioning (summer) or heating (winter)
* On your checkout date, please vacate the apartment by 11 a.m. If you need to check out a little later, please let us know so we can check if it’s possible.
