I’ve stayed here twice before and always enjoyed my visits, which is why I booked again for my 40th birthday. While the location in Brickell remains excellent and convenient, this stay didn’t meet the high standards I’ve come to expect. Our Corner King Plus room felt worn—the furniture was chipped, the sofa wasn’t well cleaned, the floor didn’t look freshly mopped, and there was dirt in the corners and residue in the shower. It lacked the polished feel I’ve experienced before. We reported the issues the next morning because we were super tired. Staff offered housekeeping but not an upgrade, despite being told we qualify if available. There was also a language barrier at the desk, which made communication harder than usual. For such a special occasion, I definitely expected more and was very disappointed. I still value this hotel’s location and amenities, but I hope the service and upkeep improve for future stays. Huge thanks to Justin who helped us with our bags, he was the kindest!
