I’m not impressed at all. I stayed on the fourth floor, supposedly an “upgrade” with a balcony, but it was a joke. The two chairs looked like they were picked up from two different hotel rooms. The bedroom and bathroom are extremely old and tired, and the walls are dirty. The whole place feels neglected and poorly maintained — very disappointing experience.

Great resort! Great location. Multiple pools. Clean rooms, beautiful property. Staff always treats me so well. The concierge Joao really went above and beyond for me. He really made my trip special. Check in went very smoothly as well. Highly recommended!

I love this hotel -everything from the vibe, to property and the staff. Also the breathtaking views from the suites. I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is my hotel of choice. I look forward to many more stays. The only very slight disappointment was that this time the jacuzzi on my suite would not work. I look forward to my next stay in December!
