- Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away (usually 10–15 minutes).

Security Deposit / Damage Waiver: Before check-in, all guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500). Exclusions apply—see House Rules for details.

Pool Access
-The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.
-There is no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays.
-Please note: pool hours and availability are managed by the building, not the host.
Façade Renovations & View Obstruction
-The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year
-Balconies are closed and cannot be used
-Views from the unit will be blocked
Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views
-Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours
-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.
-The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.
-This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions.
Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total).
