Absolutely terrible service. They booked me in the wrong room and overbooked me. Their ceiling had a leak above the bathroom and the ceiling collapsed on me. This was a safety hazard because of wet floors which could lead to slip and falls. Also a health hazard because of the asbestos within the ceiling. They changed my room a day later and we had to be transferred around 1am. After notifying staff and management. The upper management emailed me refusing to refund me the two nights I stayed there. Which caused me and my father (who already has pre-existing respiratory health issues). They made me overpay for something I did not receive.

The property is located on a lovely Bay area. However, you'll have to be very specific when booking. For instance, if you book through a travel services, you are not guaranteed to receive the room choice you booked. Therefore, you'll have to contact the hotel directly. Also, if you have any type of breathing issues, be careful. The hotel has a lobby fragrance emitter that is on over drive. It is so substantial, you'll have to wear 3-mask and bring eye wash. We could not stand at the front desk to check in because the fragrance was blinding. I feared I would have to go to the emergency room on my vacation. Asthmatics and bronc patients be aware. Also, we had to change our room because they used carpet fresh on the carpet. It, too, was overwhelming and we could not stay in the room. They accommodated us by switching us to a non-carpeted room. Otherwise, the stay was very nice and quiet. The pool area was very private and centrally located. They also have on sight dining. The hotel is centrally located in a safe area. We felt very comfy as 2-females traveling alone. Parking will cost you $20 per day.

Such a amazing place to stay!

Highly recommended! I was greeted with a cold glass of prosecco which was lovely. The woman at the desk was so helpful and friendly. Very clean hotel, tons of amenities and a gorgeous view! literally have nothing bad to say about this place.
