The staff was friendly and helpful. The condition of the room didn't rate a five star rating though. Although the room was clean, wallpater was peeling off the walls in the main part of the room and several places in the bathroom. The shower pan was also cracked and the shower door didn't seal shut all the way.

Easily the classiest hotel with a great location and A staff; not as nice as other InterContinental hotels- stain on carpeting, and bedding was pretty rough.
