Not safe, not family friendly. People staying at the hotel are smoking marijuana in the parking lot. It seems most of the people staying at this hotel are living there long-term. Lobby door appears to be permanently locked and you have to do your service through a sliding window. When we checked out I had to ring the button for service and the man helping us was in his pajamas at around 9am. Starting at 3:00 a.m. people were playing on their phone in the outdoor hallway. They were playing games very loudly till 6:00 a.m. I'm assuming they were homeless because there were several homeless people hanging around the property. Someone could not pay me to stay at this hotel again. It's dangerous it's not safe. There were toenails clippings on the floor inside. The heating air conditioner unit was making an extremely loud noise so we could not use it. Every single step on the stairs is cracked broken and uneven. It's dangerous to walk upstairs. There is no elevator
Didn't like anything. Condition of the property was terrible, overpriced rooms, super hard uncomfortable beds, things falling apart and rusty. Pool unusable.
My first impression? Low class, shabby establishment in questionable neighborhood. Management was informed of four minor issues and only 1 was addressed. I would give it 2 stars and definitely not stay there again.
The room was fine but we were next to druggies. The lady was on the phone late at night and early in the morning fussing, cussing and yelling and also yelling at a guy with her. Horrible. I guess that’s what you pay for. If you’re trying to budget, expect those kinds of people there. Seems like they stay there for awhile.
This was in a sketchy part of town riddled with homeless. They also seem to allow homeless to stay on site as there were many cars in the parking lot full of junk. One car next to ours had rims of another vehicle that did not belong to the one in the stall. People sat in their cars for hours smoking marijuana and cigarettes. The area was loud and hectic with cars and motorcycles coming in and out of the lot all night. The room itself was dingy and beat up. Coffee machine was broken, refrigerator was dented, ac/heater that sounded like it was going to blow up. The beds had one extremely thin blanket that barely kept us warm at night. Will not be back and do not recommend this place to others.
The information given about the hotel was very deceiving. There was no hot coffee or tea provided in the lobby all day, long or in the evening. cheap coffee was provided in the room. The bed was so uncomfortable. You can feel the springs The rooms smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The rooms were so outdated. The outlets did not work in the bathroom and the bedroom area. I had paid all the fees for the hotel room, but the hotel receptionist charge me the fees again. The location was excellent very close to the beach.
